1. Who we are

VentureEase Academy ("VentureEase," "we," "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates this website at ventureease.org and the StartEase platform. Sister organization VentureEase Enterprises operates LaunchEase and HireEase; those products have their own Terms of Service governing their behavior. These Terms govern only this marketing-and-account site at ventureease.org.

2. Scope of services covered by these Terms

These Terms apply to: the marketing pages, the blog and email subscriptions, the contact form, and the user account you create here for single sign-on into our products. Use of StartEase, LaunchEase, or HireEase is governed by their respective Terms of Service when you visit those apps.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
• You must verify your email address before using the account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old. The site is not directed at children under 13.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; submit malicious content via the contact form; abuse the blog subscription system (e.g., subscribing addresses you don't own); reverse-engineer the site for security exploitation; or use the site to violate applicable laws.

5. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that show signs of abuse. You can delete your account at any time by emailing info@ventureease.org; we will remove your record within 30 days unless legally required to retain longer.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of marketing content, blog posts, or product descriptions. Specific product warranties (if any) live in each product's own Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VentureEase Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VentureEase Academy is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
